For over 25 years, Sanskriti's activities have been nurtured
and guided by a group of eminent persons associated with arts, culture and
development. With the expansion in Sanskriti's activities, the Board of Trustees
feel that this is the time to augment management capacity and build an endowment
to ensure financial sustainability.
You can contribute to this endowment and join a select group of 100 'Friends of
Sanskriti' as per the following categories:
BENEFACTOR :
A contribution of Rs. 20 lacs or US $50,000 and above
PATRON :
A contribution of Rs. 10 lacs or US $25,000 and above
DONOR :
A contribution of Rs. 1 lac or US $2,500 and above
Benefactors and Patrons have the opportunity, if they so desire, to name
specially designated spaces at the Kendra or to institute a customised program
aligned with Sanskriti's mission. These programs include fellowships &
scholarships for artists, travel grants for Indian artists to undertake a
residency overseas, and arts education programs for underprivileged children.
By joining us as a 'Friend of Sanskriti' you will have various privileges and
the opportunity to contribute to Sanskriti's efforts in nurturing excellence and
preserving culture. Please contact our office for more details and to work with
you to design a tailor-made program.
All contributions will be towards the endowment of the Trust and will be
entitled for tax benefits as admissible under BOG of the IT Act 1961.
Interns
Every year, Sanskriti recruits interns from AIESEC, local colleges, and
various other channels to support its programming. We are looking at interns who
have a passion to work in the field of art & culture combined with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Volunteers
Sanskriti, like most non-profits, requires the assistance of volunteers
either in its programming or to draw on a broad range of expertise. Please
contact us to see how you may volunteer.
